Rightfully So

Faced with the setbacks of the insurgency with the Iraqi war, the army is looking at using the arch nemesis of commuters everywhere, the orange construction barrel.

The orange barrels have been great in slowing down commuters and impeding process, while allowing Department of Transportation workers a much needed rest. These can be used in Iraq, slowing down the hard working insurgents.

The pentagon believes that will a little bit of management, they’ll be able to give their forces much needed breaks. Most of these breaks will consist of standing, or sitting, watching one or two people working. The barrels themselves will be used to bring the insurgency to a halt, much like they work in the United States.

They are hoping to use other American in-effeciencies in future operations. Most of these acts are still in the planning stage, but some information has been leaked. One such idea is the use of older drivers.

Older drivers will be a godsend. They can slow down traffic without any addition equipment besides a vehicle. Their misuse of turn signals will be of great use to confuse Iraqis and insurgents alike.
